Removing unneeded tasks is essential to managing compressed timescales. This means that opening the 'Tasks' page will give you a correct list of comms to be sent for any given day.

When compressing timescales, it is common for there to be too many reminders, with multiple tasks scheduled for the same day.

Here we want to delete the T-15 reminder comms, as they would be sent on the same day as the T-20 reminder comms. (Not shown in the image, but you get the idea)

Open the multi-task window and press 'Delete All'
