The Dashboard is accessed from the DMS Web Portal and is made available to Admin users through the Menus tab of the Admin user properties dialogue. In addition the information visible is configured using the Reports tab of the Admin user properties.
The Dashboard shows the Task status of the project relative to the location in the structure selected in the view: drop down list in the portal footer. The OUs and Schedule Groups listed can be clicked on to drill down as well as the view: list. At the SG level only Amber and Red status Tasks are shown.
The additional graphical information that can be made visible depending on Report permissions are detailed below and the information is always relevant to the current position in the structure as displayed in the information bar at the top of the Dashboard:

| Monthly Deployments | A stacked bar chart of Successful, Failed and Pending deployments for a 4 month period starting with the month previous to the current date |
| Deployment Window | Shows the following for the deployment window - Number of deployments - First deployment date - Last deployment date - Maximum successful deployments per day - Average successful deployments per day |
