Removing unneeded tasks is essential to managing compressed timescales.  This means that opening the 'Tasks' page will give you a correct list of comms to be sent for any given day.


===== Removing unwanted reminder tasks =====

When compressing timescales, it is common for there to be too many reminders, with multiple tasks scheduled for the same day.

Here we want to delete the T-15 reminder comms, as they would be sent on the same day as the T-20 reminder comms.
(Not shown in the image, but you get the idea)

Open the multi-task window and press 'Delete All'
